Article 57 of the Road Traffic Regulations tells us that in the absence of signs regulating the priority of passage of vehicles, the driver will be obliged to give way to vehicles approaching from his right, except in some cases such as roundabouts where those already on the road will have priority of passage over those intending to enter.
