How many rear vision mirrors must a motorcyle have if its top speed is less than 100 km/hour?

Motorcycles with or without sidecar that can reach a speed of more than 100 kilometers per hour must have two rear-view mirrors, located on the left and right side of the motorcycle.

If, on the other hand, the motorcycle does not reach 100 km/hour, the left rear-view mirror is obligatory, but the right one is optional.
