How must a safety belt be worn?
The vehicle seat belt should be positioned as close as possible to the body, flat and without knots or folds, and tightly fastened to avoid the submarine effect.
Under no circumstances should it be left loose as this could reduce its effectiveness, and it should not be placed directly on the abdomen but on the driver's or passenger's hips.
