If you are travelling on an acceleration lane, must you give way to the vehicles that are travelling on the road you want to join?

View explanation

When entering a motorway or a dual carriageway through an acceleration lane, we will be forced to yield to all vehicles on the road and we must do so at the beginning and never at the end of the lane; this will guarantee us enough space to pick up speed before joining the traffic.
