In an intersection with no right of way signs, when must you yield to an animal-drawn vehicle?
At intersections where right of way is not indicated by signage, traffic regulations state that, in the absence of right of way signs, the driver is always required to yield to all vehicles approaching from their right. As in this case, the animal-drawn vehicle is approaching from the right, even though it is not a motor vehicle, it has right of way because it is coming from your right side.
