Is a driving license B+E compulsory for trailers and semi-trailers?

Explanation
With the B license, in general, you can tow a trailer or semi-trailer that does not exceed 750 kg of maximum authorized mass.
The class B+E driving license authorizes to drive combinations of coupled vehicles consisting of a tractor vehicle authorized to drive the class B license and a trailer or semi-trailer of more than 750 kg MMA, provided that the total MMA of the combination does not exceed 3500 kg.
So it's compulsory to have a driving license different than B one when we tow a trailer or semi-trailer more than 750 kg MAM.
