Explanation

Drivers of passenger cars, buses, automobiles designed for the transport of goods, mixed vehicles, non-agricultural conjoined vehicles, as well as the drivers and auxiliary personnel of protection and escort vehicles, are required to have a high-visibility reflective vest at hand in the vehicle. Although it is not obligatory, it is advisable to have a second vest in the vehicle for one of your passengers.
