Is it permissible to stop in a lane reserved for buses?

It is totally forbidden to stop or park in lanes intended for the exclusive use of urban public transport, or in those reserved for bicycles. Furthermore, stopping or parking in the lanes intended for the use of urban public transport will be considered a serious offence and may be sanctioned with fines of up to 200 euros.
