Is it permitted to park on the passable section of the hard shoulder in an interurban road?
When driving on non-built or interurban roads, stopping or parking must always be done outside the roadway, on its right side and without occupying the passable part of the shoulder.
On urban roads and crossings, on the other hand, when stopping or parking on the shoulder, place the vehicle as close to the right side as possible if the road is a two-way road, or as close to the left or right side as possible if the road is a one-way road.
