Is it permitted to turn round on a crossroads?
As a general rule, turn round may not be made in any situation that prevents checking that the road is not intercepted, that it does not endanger others and that it prevents others from continuing.
As it is possible that this may happen when turning round at an intersection, we will say that it cannot be done as a general rule, but there are exceptions in which it is allowed as long as the traffic circumstances allow it.
