Explanation
On curves and slopes with reduced visibility such as the one in the image, and at intersections except for roundabouts or traffic circles, it is completely forbidden to make a U-turn or overtake other vehicles. These maneuvers are only permitted when you do not invade the lane with traffic in the opposite direction and when you have sufficient visibility.
