Article 65 of the Road Traffic Regulations establishes that drivers have priority of way for their vehicles, with respect to pedestrians, except when they are going to turn with their vehicle to enter another road and there are pedestrians crossing it, even if there is no signalled pedestrian crossing. In that case, it will be the pedestrians who have the priority.
