When is it compulsory to wear the reflective jacket?

Drivers of passenger cars, buses and trucks over 3,500 kg MMA, non-agricultural vehicle combinations and drivers and auxiliary personnel of accompanying vehicles must wear a high-visibility reflective vest when leaving their vehicle and occupying the roadway or the shoulder of interurban roads.
