Traffic regulations prohibit overtaking vehicles which are already overtaking others if you must invade the part of the roadway reserved for traffic in the opposite direction to do so. It is also prohibited to overtake vehicles that are already passing if they obstruct visibility in front such that you cannot overtake them safely.
